The Role: Champion of Creator Growth and Retention

As the General Manager of our Path-to-Pro plan, you'll be the driving force behind the success of our $360/month (paid annually) offering. Your mission? To ensure high-potential creators and businesses thrive, grow, and ultimately graduate to our Mighty Pro plan.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize customer success, retention, and renewals for Path-to-Pro subscribers
  • Enhance and optimize the value delivery of the Path-to-Pro community membership
  • Create and implement programs to help creators and businesses scale to over $500K/year in revenue
  • Drive upgrades from Path-to-Pro to Mighty Pro for qualifying customers
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to continuously improve the Path-to-Pro offering
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to align Path-to-Pro with broader business goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key Path-to-Pro customers
  • Develop and oversee customer success initiatives tailored to the unique needs of Path-to-Pro Hosts
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure Path-to-Pro remains a cutting-edge solution for growing creators and businesses

The Customer Success Leader We're Looking For

  • You have a proven track record of driving growth and retention in a SaaS or subscription-based business
  • You demonstrate exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
  • You possesses a deep understanding of the creator economy and what it takes to scale an online business
  • You excel at developing and implementing customer success strategies
  • You show creativity in enhancing product value and customer experience
  • You have experience with customer success tools and analytics platforms
  • You take a data-driven approach to decision-making and strategy development
